Making every step count

When you register for Steptember, you are helping affiliates of United Cerebral Palsy - one of the largest health nonprofits in the country - provide services to thousands of children and adults living with disabilities.

Although the goal is 10,000 steps a day, for 28 days. the way you choose to reach it is uniquely yours. Dance, skate, bike, climb, roll or just walk your way towards that daily goal, while raising money for a tremendous cause.

So, are you ready to show us how you step? Let's get started.

And if you'd like to donate: simply click on the Donate button to find and select a Steptember participant for your donation. If you're unable to find your intended participant, you may contact the CPARF Office (the Steptember site administrators) to clarify your donation. You can reach the CPARF Office at (646) 340-1210. Please note your donation receipt will be issued by CPARF.
