Making Every Step Count

Step up to the challenge! Children and adults living with cerebral palsy take on physical challenges every single day. By registering for Steptember, you are helping affiliates of United Cerebral Palsy - one of the largest health nonprofits in the country - provide services to thousands of children and adults living with disabilities.

Dance, skate, bike, climb, or roll your way towards 10,000 steps a day throughout the month of September, all while raising money for an incredible cause.

So, are you ready to show us how you step? Let's get started.

How it works

Use a fitness tracker, smartphone app, or pedometer to track your activity throughout the challenge. You can "step" any way you like! Dance, run, surf, cycle, swim, roll.
