- Sign up using the code SPRINT20 to get free registration. You can do it solo or join a friends team that has already registered. To join a team, after you have registered - email STEPtember support at steptember@cparf.org and let us know the team name and team captain you wish to be joined to.

Start a Facebook Fundraiser. After you've registered and have your personal STEPtember challenge page created - head to your dashboard and set up a Facebook Fundraiser. We have a step by step guide for you to follow - it's the easiest way to turbocharge your fundraising. As a bonus incentive - every participant that creates a Facebook Fundraiser will receive a complimentary ticket in the STEPtember grand prize drawing.
- Let people know what you’re doing. That you’re committed to helping a great cause - moving cerebral palsy research forward - and their support would mean so much to you.
- Start moving - walking, rolling, dancing - and track your movement. Aim for 10K steps a day. There are 60 activities convert to steps - we’ve got you covered.

WIN A WEEK IN A PRIVATE VILLA IN THE CARIBBEAN
To be in the running to win this grand prize, every participant that raises $250 will receive one ticket in the draw. Raise $500, and you'll receive two tickets. Raise $750, and you'll receive three tickets. For every $250 you raise you'll be eligible for an addtional ticket in the grand prize draw.*
