STEPtember is a fun, safe and virtual event. Join the movement and walk, roll, push, swim, or ride your way to 10,000 steps a day in September and help fund life-changing scientific advances for people with cerebral palsy.

When you take on the STEPtember Challenge you'll have the full support of the STEPtember trainers, who will help motivate you to reach your stepping and fundraising goals throughout the month of September.
I enjoy spending my spare time creating and drawing animated characters and storyboarding. Being creative and physically active is important to me. An active mind and body is at the top of my agenda.
Justine is a focused student who in addition to exploring new books, recipes, and music. As a new STEPtember trainer, she is ready to extend her passion to the support of cerebral palsy.
Solly embodies the “work hard, play hard” attitude. He won’t ever back down from a challenge: in fact, he finds fun in everything he does, no matter how hard he is working. Solly’s ready to get you moving with a smile on your face this STEPtember.
Katy's pretty fearless when it comes to getting movin', and she doesn’t shy away from a challenge. During STEPtember, she hopes to empower everyone to move every day in a way that feels right for their bodies and encourages them to try something new!
As an endurance athlete Todd is here to ask you to go one more mile, complete one more repetition, and to hold that pose for one more minute to discover just how powerful you are. We all carry vast potential within us and Todd wants to encourage each of you to go deep to discover ours.
